What does AGS Laboratories do?
The AGS Laboratories is the world’s leading diamond grading laboratory for Cut, the premier laboratory to offer a Cut grade for fancy shapes, and the leading diamond grading laboratory created to protect the consumer. Our reports offer an easy-to-read grading scale that provides a simple basis for comparison to other diamond reports. The AGS Laboratories Diamond Reports provide you with all the information you need to make the best possible buying decision.

AGS Laboratories offers diamond grading services to members of the jewelry industry trade, providing an expert opinion from an unbiased, independent third-party. We grade loose diamonds only, and we also offer laser inscription services. We will grade any shape diamonds, but we do not grade fancy color diamonds. Top

We grade unmounted diamonds only. Please note: we are a trade industry laboratory, and can only accept diamonds from jewelers and manufacturers. Top

How can I verify a diamond grading report?
Click on the tab marked AGSL Report Verification. Report Verification enables you to check that the information on your document matches the information stored in the AGSL report database. To check the report, please enter your AGS report # and the exact carat weight from your diamond grading report.Top
